Howdy, Verde Valley! I’m Mulysa Guthrie. I was raised in Camp Verde and am now raising 3 boys in our treasured home town. My Husband and I both graduated from Camp Verde and are proud to see our children thriving in the same schools we came to know and love. We dedicate spare time to youth sports and play adult sports in the off seasons. I have been a REALTOR® and property manager, with Camp Verde Realty, since 2021 but I have been in the real estate industry since 2017. Kurt Gehlbach
My name is Kurt Gehlbach, a native of Arizona born in Phoenix, raised in Scottsdale and a resident of the Verde Valley since 1996. Living in Sedona back in the 90’s allowed for business entrepreneur’s to be creative which is why I chose to create custom homes within areas of Sedona where the design of each home fit beautifully into its surroundings. As a developer I also educated myself in Arizona Real Estate, etc and a few years later continued my business ventures on the east coast within Concord, Massachusetts and surrounding areas as a licensed Real Estate Agent.
